Interior Design for True Potential, a high-end group of online financial advisory companies, requiring redevelopment of both their front-of-house office space in London and their head office in Newcastle.
Having been involved with True Potential since their formation, we had helped find and design their office space from the start. Four years on they invited us to redesign their offices to reflect their meteoric growth and bring their two office bases together with a consistent brand aesthetic.
Working closely with the CEO, marketing director and branding consultant, we developed a scheme that would meet the needs of high-profile visiting brokers as well as their young, dynamic team, and reflect True Potential’s brand strapline of ‘Simple, Effective, Unique’.
Technology was at the forefront of the design, allowing wireless equipment from tablets to Apple TV to be used throughout. The business lounges with self-service coffee, bag and case stores, a concierge and multiple-sized meeting and conference spaces were revamped, and in London we introduced touch-down stations and hot-desks for visitors.
In the Newcastle office we designed a series of pods within the open-plan office, each team operating at a large oval table with a camera link to other teams in the field. We also designed an ‘innovation hub’ in which the managers and IT team are based, doubling up as a TV studio for YouTube broadcasts.
