Interior design as part of a £1.5m refurbishment of the 30-bed Rothay Garden Hotel, an idyllic award-winning venue in Grasmere, at the heart of the Lake District National Park.

We were tasked with the design of the hotel’s bedrooms and public areas, including a new bedroom extension wing. The aim was to create a relaxed, intimate ambience, providing an oasis of luxury still in keeping with the venue’s beautiful natural setting.

By contrasting clean, elegant wall coverings with bold fabric patterns and strong colours, the rooms were successfully re-invigorated, giving the entire hotel a stylish new look and transforming it into one of the area’s most highly-rated venues.
