Interior design for True Potential LLP, an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newcastle and London. Having worked closely with True Potential for a number of years, our design team was commissioned to redesign their Newcastle Headquarters to accommodate organisational growth whilst reducing headcount and allowing for a more generous working environment.
The new smart and agile workspace provides a variety of work settings including additional collaboration zones and quiet areas, open plan meeting spaces and a central hub to encourage relaxation whilst also providing an alternative workspace.
For the client, creating a home from home feel was an important aspect of the redesign, by providing a wider variety of work settings and increasing the onsite welfare facilities, employees are able to choose which work setting best suits their needs.
Bringing technology and people together was a vital aspect of the design. With many now choosing to work from home, better technology has been introduced to enable colleagues to stay connected whilst away from the office, giving them more control over their working day.
With unallocated desks, the office space is design for maximum flexibility and agility. Localised lockers, storage, and cloak spaces were introduced as part of the agile concept.
Works have now started on site and are due to complete by Easter 2021.
