A full redesign of the bedrooms, restaurant and bar of the award-winning Isle of Eriska hotel in a castle-style country house on a private island in Loch Creran, Argyll; followed by Interior Design of their brand new luxury self-catering Hilltop Reserves.
To modernise the hotel bedrooms, we painted the existing panelling in neutral colours and designed large, deep-buttoned headboards, chose jewel-like accent colours for soft furnishings and used luxuriously textured fabrics to add warmth and a fashionable edge.
To refresh the Michelin-star restaurant and encourage custom from locals as well as hotel guests, we combined hot pink highlights and rich, luxurious curtain fabrics to bring warmth and modernity to the surroundings. The previously cold, uninviting conservatory was brought to life with painted wall panelling and silk roman blinds.
Our scheme for the Hilltop Reserves was inspired by the beauty of the natural surroundings, using muted earthy tones with accents of heather, oak flooring, sisal rugs, natural wool and linen fabrics, and a feature stone-tiled surround for the contemporary fireplace.
