Interior design for Fairstone, one of the UK’s largest Chartered financial planning firms, providing independent financial advice, investment management and estate planning services.

With increasing staff numbers and a growing business, Fairstone commissioned our design team to create a new ‘East Midlands Hub’ in Leicester as part of a national hub rollout.

We transformed the empty shell into a contemporary agile workspace with a strong Fairstone brand identity, equipped to host face-to-face or virtual client meetings with equal ease and with significantly improved quality. The new facility comprises a large open plan office space with a diverse business lounge providing a variety of settings for agile working. Within the lounge, the coffee bar provides a comfortable and sophisticated area for clients to wait, as well as a space for staff to work or have ad-hoc meetings throughout the day.

Four client meeting rooms and a company boardroom incorporate superior IT equipment including a built-in, touch screen Teams TV for staying connected to colleagues whilst working from home. With unallocated desks, provisions for cloak storage and lockers, the main office space is designed for maximum flexibility and agility.
